2012 CMT Music Awards & Southern Living Flyaway Sweepstakes

Prizes:  Grand Prize: one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to the 2012 CMT Music Awards in Nashville, TN (the “Event”) currently contemplated to take place between June 5, 2012 and June 7, 2012, dates non-negotiable but subject to change in CMT’s sole discretion. Although all entrants must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, if Grand Prize Winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be an allotted Guest. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and his or her Guest which shall originate from a major gateway airport of Sponsor’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence (as determined by CMT in its sole discretion) to Nashville, TN. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within one hundred fifty (150) miles of Nashville, TN; (ii) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations at a Nashville hotel which shall be one room (double occupancy) (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) two (2) Vera Bradley bags; (iv) Two (2) tickets to the 2012 CMT Music Awards Show; (v) all taxes related to the foregoing hotel accommodations and air transportation; collectively (the “Grand Prize” or “Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,200.00

Secondary Prizes: five (5) Secondary Prize Winners will receive one (1) prize pack valued at $163.85
