PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be one (1) grand prize winner, one (1) second prize winner and one (1) third prize winner.

The grand prize is one (1) mini cooper with custom Hudson badging. The approximate retail value of the grand prize is $30,000.

The second prize is two (2) coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the US to London, England (ARV $2,000), one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy) for 5 nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor ($2,500) and a $2,500 American Express Gift Cheque. The approximate retail value of the second prize is $7,000, depending on exact itinerary. Trip must be booked by August 31, 2011 and completed by December 31, 2011.

The third prize is two (2) coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest the winner primary residence in the US to New York, NY (ARV $1,200), one (1) standard hotel room (double-occupancy) for three (3) nights at a hotel chosen by Sponsor (ARV $1000), a $1500 American Express Gift Cheque and the opportunity to go behind the scenes at a Vogue photo shoot for a 2011 issue. The approximate retail value of the third prize is $3,700, depending on exact itinerary. Winner must be available to travel to coincide with the photo shoot; otherwise winner forfeits that portion of the prize. Trip must be completed by December 31, 2011
