There are (4) Grand Prizes available to be won in the Sweepstakes, consisting of:
Two (2) tickets to each of the following professional sporting events (“Sporting Events”): the 2010 National Football League Super Bowl®; the 2009 Indianapolis 500® race; one (1) game of the 2009 Stanley Cup® Hockey Playoffs; and one (1) game of the 2009 Major League Baseball World Series® (the games and seat selection for each Sporting Event shall be chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and are subject to availability);
Round-trip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) travel companion (“Travel Companion”) from the major North American gateway airport nearest the Winner’s residence to the location of each Sporting Event, ground transfers and two or three nights’ standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (to be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion); and
A $250 USD VISA branded prepaid card for each Sporting Event (the total value of prepaid cards is $1,000 USD).
Each Winner is responsible for food, beverages, gratuities, personal expenses, travel and health insurance, airport fees, incidentals and transportation to and from the major North American gateway airport and his/her residence. All travel arrangements must be made by Sponsor’s agent. Winner must arrange travel at least 21 days in advance of the Sporting Event and Winner and his/her Travel Companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Exact travel dates and times are subject to availability. Winner and Travel Companion are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documentation, including but not limited to a valid passport for transportation between Canada and the United States, if necessary. If the Winner and/or Travel Companion is denied entry into the country where the Sporting Event is being held, or reentry into the originating country, then the Grand Prize will be forfeited, in whole or in part, and Sponsor will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred. No substitution, transfer, or reassignment of the Grand Prize permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent monetary value if the Grand Prize, or any component thereof, is unavailable.
The Travel Companion of the Winner is required to sign a Liability and Publicity Release. A different Travel Companion may be selected by Winner for each Sporting Event, provided that necessary Liability and Publicity Release is provided to Sponsor prior to booking. If the chosen Travel Companion of the Winner is deemed a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, then the parent/legal guardian of such minor must also sign any documents required herein. Furthermore, if the travel companion is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at his/her own expense if the parent/guardian is not the Winner.
Changes to the travel itinerary or identity of the Travel Companion cannot be made after reservations have been booked. If for any reason Winner and Travel Companion cannot travel together on the same itinerary from the same point of departure at the scheduled date and time, then the Grand Prize will be forfeited, in whole or in part. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible if the Grand Prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded due to cancellations, delays or interruptions due to any cause beyond Sponsor’s sole control. The Sweepstakes Parties will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to Participant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Grand Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). The dates, locations, and/or times of any of the Sporting Events are subject to change.
