“Anberlin Concert Day Drawing”
#1 – Anberlin Concert Day Drawing: One participant will be randomly drawn on February 22, 26, 27, and 28, 2011 and March 1, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 20, 2011 during the Promotion Period from the eligible entries received by the Wildfire application by 5:00 pm Pacific Time (in the United States), 2:00 am (in the Central European Time) and 8:00 am (in Hong Kong Standard Time) and will be notified by email. In the event you have already received a prize during this current Promotion Period and/or during any Ultimate Ears sponsored promotion (including sweepstakes or contests) on Ultimate Ears’ Fan Page within the last twelve consecutive months from this Promotion Period start date, Ultimate Ears will randomly select another winner.
“UE Monthly Drawing”
#2 – UE Monthly Drawing. One contest entry participant will be randomly drawn (“the Monthly Winner”) from the eligible entries received by the Wildfire application on the last day of the Promotion Period by 5:00 pm Pacific Time (in the United States), 2:00 am (in the Central European Time) and 8:00 am (in Hong Kong Standard Time). The Monthly Winner will be notified via email by Wildfire Interactive. In the event you have already received a prize during this current Promotion Period and/or during any Ultimate Ears sponsored promotion (including sweepstakes or contests) on the Ultimate Ears’ Fan Page within the last twelve consecutive months from this Promotion Period start date, Ultimate Ears will randomly select another winner.
SELECTION OF WINNER AND PRIZE:
#1 – Anberlin Concert Day Drawing Winners: Winners will be awarded one pair of Ultimate Ears 500 Noise Isolating Earphones (manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $69.99/€52). A total of 14 pairs of Ultimate Ears 500 Noise Isolating Earphones will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded.
#2 – UE Monthly Drawing Winner. One Monthly Winner will be awarded one Anberlin t-shirt, one Ultimate Ears t-shirt, one Anberlin CD, one signed Anberlin vinyl record, one set of signature drumsticks and signed guitar pic. They will also be awarded one set of Ultimate Ears UE 7 Pro Custom In-Ear Monitors, developed in collaboration with Capitol Studios (approximate manufacturer’s value of US$850/€630). Prize is not transferable or refundable. In order to receive the custom earphones, the Monthly Winner will first need to go to an audiologist as referred by Ultimate Ears to obtain ear impressions. These impressions will be at no cost to Monthly Winner. Impressions will be shipped by audiologist to Ultimate Ears. Upon receipt of the ear impressions, Ultimate Ears typically takes 2-3 weeks to build the custom earphones and will then, ship to Monthly Winner. Monthly Winner will be publicly announced via Ultimate Ears and Logitech social media outlets.
