Grand Prize: (25 winners) Trip for two to Orlando, Florida from January 27, 2012 through January 29, 2012 for the Diptionary book signing event. The Grand Prize includes: roundtrip coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s home to Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Florida; 3-day/2-night hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) in a hotel to be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion, ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest during his/her to and from the hotel to the airport and to and from the book signing event. The Grand Prize Winners and Guest must be able to travel to and stay in Orlando, Florida from January 27, 2012 – January 29, 2012, and must be able to attend the book signing event. If a Grand Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, cannot travel on the dates selected by Sponsor for the Grand Prize, does not respond to the notification that he/she has been declared a Grand Prize Winner, or refuses to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and Likeness Release Form or other documents that Sponsor deems necessary within the required time, he/she will be disqualified and the Finalist with the next highest total score will be declared a Grand Prize Winner.
The Guest must also sign a Liability & Publicity Release. If possible, it is recommended that the Guest be the minor child/ward of the Grand Prize Winner who created the Entry. If the Guest is the minor child/ward of the Grand Prize Winner, then the Guest’s Liability & Publicity Release must be signed by the child’s parent/legal guardian. Also, if the Guest is under 18 years old, then the Guest must be minor child/ward of the Grand Prize Winner. If the Guest is 18 years or older, then he/she must sign a Liability & Publicity Release. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Guest is 18 years or older but not the age of majority in their state of residence, then the Release must be signed by the Guest’s parent or legal guardian.
Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary and all travel arrangements must be made with Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent. Travel arrangements are subject to availability, to the terms and conditions set forth in the Official Rules, and those set forth by the Sweepstakes Administrator’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Some restrictions may apply. No cancellation of reservation or transfer of reservations to another date will be permitted after the reservations have been made. Grand Prize Winner and Guest are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documents.
The Grand Prize Winner and Guest are also responsible at their own expense for all travel insurance (or any other form of insurance desired), additional federal, state and local taxes, if any, and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Grand Prize including, without limitation, all meals, ground transportation to/from Grand Prize Winner’s home to airports, and gratuities. It is the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest to arrive at the designated gateway airport in time for each flight of the applicable trip.
As part of the trip described above, each Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest will receive passes to the Aquatica SeaWorld’s Waterpark. In addition to the trip described above, each Grand Prize Winner will receive one hard copy of the “Diptionary”
