One (1) Grand Prize. The Grand Prize consists of a trip for winner and three (3) guests to visit the set of the next Spider-Man film. Exact travel dates to be determined by Sponsor at a later date, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize includes:
– round trip coach-class air transportation from major commercial airport nearest to winner’s home in the U.S. or Canada to the major commercial airport nearest to the next Spider-Man movie set (in Sponsor’s sole discretion),
– quad-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for winner and three (3) guests for two (2) nights (room and room tax only), and
– $1,000 spending money (payable to winner in the form of a check).

If Grand Prize winner’s residence is located within 250 miles of destination city, round-trip coach air transportation for the winner and his/her guests may be substituted with ground transportation with no further compensation to winner or guests, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winner and guests must travel on the same flight itinerary and comply with all security requirements. Winner and guests must have obtained all necessary identification, permission and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid driver’s license and/or passport) required for travel, seven (7) days prior to travel. All minor guests (under 18 or the age of majority in guest’s jurisdiction of residence) on trip must be accompanied by minor’s parent or legal guardian who must be the winner or one of winner’s guests. Winner and guests must travel by date specified by Sponsor, in its reasonable discretion. Winner must accept prize as stated or prize may be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Selection of airport, airline, hotel, and travel dates are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including airline flights) beyond its control. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of winner and guests. All travel and accommodations are subject to availability, change and restrictions. Actual value of trip prize depends on city, day, and time of departure. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,500.00 USD/$4,519.00 CDN.

Scene 2 Prizes available to be won:
Five (5) Scene 2 first prizes: signed The Amazing Spider-Man poster (ARV: $50.00 USD/$50.21 CDN each).

Two hundred (200) Scene 2 second prizes: The Amazing Spider-Man poster (ARV: $15.00 USD/$15.06 CDN each).

One thousand (1,000) Scene 2 third prizes: one (1) month subscription to Marvel Digital Comics Unlimited (“MDCU”) (ARV: $9.99 USD/$10.03 CDN each).

Scene 3 Prizes available to be won:
One (1) Scene 3 first prize: a BDV-N790W, 3D Blu-ray Disc Home Theater consisting of 1000W 5.1 channel, Wi-Fi, 2-way front speakers, with wireless rear speakers, Dual-HDMI Inputs, 1-HDMI output, iPhone/iPod dock, Home Share compatible (ARV: $499.00 USD/$501.10 CDN).

Two hundred fifty (250) Scene 3 second prizes: one (1) pair of movie certificates each good for admission into a movie up to $12 each (ARV: $24.00 USD/$24.00 CDN each).

Applicable to signed items: Autographs have no cash value, and signatures are in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Applicable to Movie Certificates: Winners located within the United States will each receive two (2) Hollywood Movie Money® Certificates each redeemable for one (1) movie ticket with a maximum value of Twelve Dollars Total (US$12) to see The Amazing Spider-Man or any other movie at participating theaters. The Hollywood Movie Money® Certificate will expire on 12/31/2012 and winner must comply with all of its terms and conditions specified by the issuer. Hollywood Movie Money® Certificate not used by the date noted on the certificate will be void. Any amount remaining of any certificate after initial use will be forfeited. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $12.00 USD.
