Prizes: Two (2) Grand Prize Winners will each receive one (1) three day/two night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to the NASCAR Nationwide Series and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series 2012 Awards Banquet (the “Banquet”) at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel in Miami, Florida (currently anticipated to take place on November 19, 2012), at an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($2,250) per Grand Prize. TOTAL ARV OF PRIZES (2 PRIZES): Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500). Each trip will include the following: (i) round-trip coach-class airline tickets from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a Miami, Florida-area airport for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest; (ii) one (1) room, double occupancy, standard hotel accommodations (at a hotel determined by Sponsor) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest. If the Grand Prize Winner resides within 200 miles of Miami, Florida, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value; (iii) round-trip ground transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest between the airport and hotel; (iv) two (2) tickets to the Banquet; and (v) Five Hundred Dollars ($500) spending money awarded as a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner. All trip/travel arrangements are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Trip must be taken by November 19, 2012.
