Twenty (20) Third Prizes will be awarded:
Each winner will receive one (1) Supergirl Jam Event T-shirt (ARV: $18.00 each).
Three (3) Second Prizes will be awarded:
Each winner will receive one (1) Supergirl Jam Gift Bag.
Each prize will include one (1) each of the following:
a lifestyle backpack by Retaksʼ;
a Supergirl key chain;
a bracelet by Pretty Hurt;
a hat by Pretty Hurt;
a Supergirl Jam Event tee;
a The Lake tank top shirt;
a pair of Maxell Jelleez Earbuds headphones;
and a Paul Mitchell Takehome Kit
(ARV: $150.00 each).
One (1) First Prize will be awarded:
First Prize winner will receive four (4) one (1)-day ski-lift tickets to Mountain High Ski
Resort in Wrightwood, California,
which may be used throughout the 2010 season during normal business hours
(ARV: $220.00).
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:
Grand Prize winner will receive a Gift Certificate for a seven (7)- night stay for the Grand Prize winner only
to Camp Woodward West, located in Tehachapi, California, and, subject to availability.
Grand Prize winner will participate in a variety of sports-related activities available at the destination.
Note: Attendance at Event is subject to Grand Prize winner’s Parent fully-executing any
required documents and/or releases as provided to the Parent of the Grand Prize winner by the Prize Provider.
Grand Prize winner is responsible for providing any sports equipment used at Event
including, but not limited to, their own skateboard and/or bike.
Travel dates are tentatively scheduled sometime between June 7, 2010, and August 22, 2010.
Grand Prize winner must attend the Event during dates designated by the Prize Provider. If the Grand Prize winner cannot travel during the specified travel dates, then he/she forfeits the entire Grand Prize and an alternate entry will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by the end of the Promotion Period.
As the Grand Prize winner is UAOM,(jF: UAOM = Under Age of Majority, ie a minor)
Parent of that individual must provide transportation to the Event for him/her.
A legal guardian must provide written proof of guardianship.
Grand Prize winner (and his/her Parent) will also be required to provide a valid Social Security number for tax reporting purposes.
The Grand Prize trip will include only the following:
• Seven (7) nights’ cabin-style accommodations of Prize Provider’s choice (group
sleeping accommodations, room rate and room tax only). Room configuration
awarded at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider.
• Actual activities and mode of any related Event transportation to be determined
at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider.
• Three (3) meals per day during destination Event only. Menu items awarded at
the sole discretion of the Prize Provider.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $1,045.00.
