write a statement answering the prompt “What Makes You A COVERGIRL?” and record, upload and submit a video demonstrating your COVERGIRL look and select a minimum of three (3) products from the available product set to recommend as part of your “COVERGIRL look” (“Submission”). The minimum three (3) products are selected from three (3) categories: “Face”, “Eyes” and “Lips”.

Weekly Prizes: Each weekly winner will be awarded two (2) tickets to the “SPEAK NOW World Tour 2011” concert of his/her choosing from the allotment of venues/dates available to Sponsor at that time. Approximate Retail Value of one weekly Prize: $200.00. Tickets will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. “Meet and Greets”, pit passes and transportation to and from the concert are not included as part of the Weekly Prize.

 Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will be awarded a trip to the last “SPEAK NOW World Tour 2011” concert in New York City, New York (the “Trip Package”). Subject to the conditions set forth below, Trip Package will include: (i) round-trip coach airfare from the major airport nearest to Grand Prize winner’s residence to New York City; (ii) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor’s choice (one room, double occupancy) (2 days per diem in the amount of $400.00 to be applied to hotel room); (iii) ground transportation of Sponsor’s choice between the hotel and the concert venue; (iv) CoverGirl-sponsored hair and makeup styling by a professional stylist selected by Sponsor before the concert; (v) VIP dinner for two (2) for one night during the Trip Package at a New York City restaurant of Sponsor’s choice; (vi) an assortment of CoverGirl products selected by Sponsor; (vii) a Taylor Swift merchandise package; (viii) two (2) tickets to the “SPEAK NOW” concert and “Meet and Greet” at this concert. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $15,000.00.
