One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) winner of the Grand Prize, subject to verification, will receive a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA to attend the 2019 American Music Awards (“Program”) at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, CA on Sunday, November 24, 2019 (“Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize includes (i) round-trip, coach-class air travel for two (2) people to Los Angeles, CA, from the major airport near Winner’s home in the U.S., as chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (ii) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations in one standard, double-occupancy room (hotel selection in Sponsor’s sole discretion; room and tax only); (iii) ground transportation to/from hotel and airport upon arrival and departure; (iv) two (2) tickets to the Program, including access to the Party on the Carpet and the after-party; and (iv) a check from Sponsor in the amount of $2,357 which Winner may use for taxes, travel/miscellaneous expenses, ground transportation in Los Angeles and meals, in his/her discretion. No meals, room service, or other incidentals are included in the Grand Prize.
