Judging Panel/Judging Criteria. On or about July 17, 2015, all Finalist Submissions will be judged by a panel of judges from Simon & Schuster Audio (“Judging Panel”). All Finalist Submissions will be judged based on the following equally-weighted judging criteria (“Judging Criteria”): (a) Overall Photo quality; (b) Photo composition; and (c) Adherence to the 4th of July Fireworks Theme. In the event of a tie, winners will be determined based on the highest score in the Adherence to the 4th of July Fireworks Theme category.

Prizes. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive an American Express Travel Voucher in the amount of $3,000 ($3,000.00), which Grand Prize winner is encouraged to use for a trip to New York City to see the Fourth of July Fireworks during the summer of 2016. Grand Prize winner will also receive a 128 GB Apple iPad® ($699.99), and a collection of select Stephen King Simon & Schuster audiobook downloads ( $1,047.18), as selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion but including Drunken Fireworks.
