Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Prize (“Prize”) awarded. Prize winner (“Winner”) will receive one (1) four (4) day/three (3) night trip (“Trip”) for Winner and one (1) Guest (“Guest”) to experience Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights at one of the following two (2) destinations selected by the Grand Prize Winner: Either (a) Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida; or (b) Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles, California. The total FMV (as defined below) of the Grand Prize depends on the destination chosen by winner (see below). The actual value of the Grand Prize may vary depending on the number of travelers, point and date of departure and fluctuations in the cost of air transportation.
Option (a): Universal Orlando Resort Prize:
(a) If the Universal Orlando Resort destination is chosen, Winner will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and one (1) Guest to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida. Trip will include round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and one (1) Guest from a major airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Universal Orlando Resort in their sole discretion) to Orlando, FL*; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn & Suites or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando Resort in their sole discretion) for Winner and one (1) Guest; non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL for Winner and one (1) Guest *; 3-Park 3-Day Park-to-Park tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme parks and Universal’s Volcano Bay Water Theme Park for Winner and one (1) Guest; Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights Single Night tickets for winner and one (1) Guest; and Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights Single Night Express Passes for winner and one (1) guest. The Fair Market Value (“FMV”) of the Universal Orlando Resort Prize is Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Nine and 28/100 ($2,539.28).
