open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry. There will be three (3) types of entrants as follows: i) Teachers and ii) Students, (each a “Nominator”) and iii) Schools (each a “Nominee”). Each School Nominee must be a public or accredited Middle School, Junior High School or High School serving students age 13 and over; and must have a physical campus at which at least 30 students physically attend classes at the location, and located within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.

Prizes:
 TWENTY (20) NOMINATOR PRIZES (one (1) per Teacher and one (1) per Student per Weekly Entry Period): An iPad®. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500.

 ONE (1) NOMINEE GRAND PRIZE: A prize package which includes thirty (30) iPads® for the winning School and the opportunity for Bill Nye to visit the winning School to perform an assembly style “Demonstration” (all details of Demonstration will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $15,000.
