4. JUDGING: All eligible entries received each Monthly Entry Period will be preliminarily judged to determine the top 70 entries by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization. The top 70 entries for each Monthly Entry Period will then be reviewed by a panel of Presenter representatives to determine the Grand Prize winner and 30 First Prize winners for that Monthly Entry Period. All judging will be based on the following criteria: Originality & Creativity of your “Fun” Idea – 40%; Originality & Creativity for why Skoal should fund your “Fun” Idea – 40%; and Overall Clarity and Cohesiveness of essay – 20%. In the event of a tie, tied entries will be broken based on the highest score for Originality & Creativity for why Skoal should fund your “Fun” Idea. In the event of a further tie, tied entries will be rejudged until the tie is broken. Decisions of the Presenter/Judges are final. You may win a prize in more than one Monthly Entry Period; however, your entry must be different. Limit one Grand Prize per person throughout the Promotion Period and limit three First Prizes per person throughout the Promotion Period.

5. PRIZES AND VALUES: (5) Grand Prizes (1 per Monthly Entry Period): Each winner will receive a $5,000 Quantum Rewards Prepaid Mastercard®. (150) First Prizes (30 per Monthly Entry Period): Each winner will receive a $500 Quantum Rewards Prepaid Mastercard®. The prepaid card will expire 18 months from the date of fulfillment and winner must comply with all terms and conditions specified by the issuer. The prepaid card is issued by MetaBank™, Member FDIC, pursuant to license by MasterCard International Incorporated. MasterCard is a registered trademark of MasterCard International Incorporated.
