Prize: (1 winner) Two roundtrip coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the US to Rome, Italy; one standard hotel room (double occupancy; room and room tax only) for 6-nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor; day tour of old Rome, food tour and Rome by Night tour selected by the Sponsor. The approximate retail value of the prize package is $4,500, depending on exact itinerary. Actual value may vary based on fluctuations in price for airfare and/or accommodations, and distance between departure and destination. Ground transportation, meals, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included. Winner and travel companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary. Trip must be booked by June 23, 2011 and completed by August 23, 2011, and may be subject to certain other restrictions, including without limitation blackout dates. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure. All prize-related travel arrangements will be administered by Sponsor’s authorized designee. If the winner elects to travel without a guest, no additional compensation will be awarded. Air transportation and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates or similar items once they are in the winner’s or travel companions possession. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as the prize; if a stopover occurs, the prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segments, including the return. Once hotel and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed and/or unused travel package or element thereof will be forfeited by winner and will remain the property of Sponsor. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by Sponsor’s air travel prize supplier, as detailed in the passenger ticket contract issued by such supplier
