FEEDING AMERICA DONATION: During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will make donations to Feeding America in accordance with the following: one dollar ($1.00) up to a cap of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for (i) each eligible entry received in connection with the Sweepstakes; (ii) each entrant’s “share” of Sponsor’s Saints & Strangers Feeding America Donation Message on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram; and (iii) each publicly viewable user’s post (user does not have to be an entrant) to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram with campaign hashtags #SaintsAndStrangersFeedingAmerica; #SaintsAndStrangersPub; #SaintsAndStrangersDonate; or #SaintsAndStrangers (each, an “Activation”). Sponsor will make a minimum donation of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to Feeding America regardless of the number of Activations received during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) of each Activation per person.
One (1) Grand Prize is available. Grand Prize consists of a three (3) day/ two (2) night trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion to New York, New York, which includes:
(i) round-trip coach airfare for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion between the major airport that is nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence and New York, New York;
(ii) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion (one [1] room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion;
(iii) dinner for two (2) at a restaurant selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and (iv) one thousand dollars ($1000).
Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,500. In the event a Grand Prize winner’s residence is close enough to New York, New York, such that air transportation is deemed by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be unnecessary, the applicable Grand Prize will not include air transportation from Grand Prize winner’s residence and no other substitution or compensation will be provided in lieu thereof.
