Limit: one (1) entry via the registration page per person during each of the following ten (10) 2012 Entry Periods: 1) September 19 – October 14; 2) October 15 – October 21; 3) October 22 – October 28; 4) October 29 – November 4; 5) November 5 – November 11; 6) November 12 – November 18; 7) November 19 – November 25; 8) November 26 – December 2; 9) December 3 – December 9; 10) December 10 – December 16. The first Entry Period entries will be entered into the Grand Prize drawing; each subsequent Entry Period will be entered into the Featured Prize random drawings.
Prizes: There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner and nine (9) Featured Prize winners.

 Each Featured Prize winner will receive a $100 gift card

 The Grand
 Prize Winner will receive a 3 day/2 night trip for four (4) to Atlantic City, NJ. The trip package (“Trip”)
 includes:
 1) round-trip coach airfare for four (4) from the major commercial airport nearest the winner’s
 home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to designated airport nearest Atlantic City, NJ ( if
 winner resides within 200 miles of the Atlantic City, NJ, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground
 transportation),
 2 ) Hotel accommodations for 2 nights for four (4) people in a (quadruple-occupancy)
 room,
 3) four (4) show tickets to the Musselman’s Apple Sauce Family Skating Tribute presented by Caesars Atlantic City (Saturday, 11/3/12),
 4) Access to the dress rehearsal, a cast meet and greet, and post-show reception, and 5) transportation to/from airport to the hotel. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,400.
