Mercedes-Benz USA’s AMG Driving Academy Giveaway

One (1) Grand Prize: A trip to Fontana, California on October 26 – 28, 2012 for the winner and one (1) guest to attend the AMG Driving Academy. Trip consists of: (i) round-trip, coach-class airfare for winner and one (1) guest (from the major airport nearest winner’s and/or guest’s physical place of residence at time of entry as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); (ii) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations in one (1) double occupancy room (hotel to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor; does not include meals, room service, or other incidentals); (iii) attendance at the one (1) day Basic Training AMG Driving Academy and Auto Club Speedway on October 27, 2012 (the “Driving Academy”) for winner and one (1) guest (Driving Academy location, course, and all other aspects of the Driving Academy are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); (iv) ground transportation between the airport and hotel and the hotel and the Driving Academy; and $250 awarded in the form of a corporate check payable to the Grand Prize winner. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize goods and services identified above is $6,340. The Grand Prize winner will also receive a single cash payment of $3,271.21 (the “Cash Payment”) in the form of a corporate check, based on a 34% tax rate, which is intended to assist with any federal or state tax obligations related to the Grand Prize

The total ARV of the Grand Prize is Nine Thousand Six Hundred Eleven Dollars and Twenty-one Cents ($9,611.21).
