) fill out the on-line entry form, then, follow the instructions to (2) upload a photo or video that shows “What gives you life”. Photos will be uploaded directly via the entry form and videos will be linked to the contest page from YouTube and , Vimeo. and/or other video sharing services, through the online entry form. Marmot may request and require a copy of the original photo or video file from the Entrant as well and will work directly with Entrant to send and receive the file if necessary (“Submission”). You must complete all required information to be eligible to enter to win a prize, including without limitation first and last name and email address, to be eligible to enter. Entries will be screened by Marmot and may take up to 48 hours to appear on contest page for voting. Entries must be submitted by the participant. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Entries must be submitted by the individual entrant. All entries become the property of Marmot when submitted and will not be returned to entrant. Entrant must provide all information required on the Official Entry Form.

Prizes:

There will be a separate set of prizes for video submissions and photo submissions.

Trip for two (2) people to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, including:

Coach-class airfare for two (2) people (see additional restrictions below)
Two (2) lift tickets for five (5) days at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort
Five (5) night’s lodging in the town of Jackson.
Marmot Gear Package for two (2) people, including: Jacket (2); Pants (2); Gloves (2); Hat (2). Winner will work with Marmot representative directly to select and fulfill Marmot Gear Package, and Marmot product awarded shall be limited to available inventory at the time Winner is selected and may be modified to accommodate available inventory.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is: $4,988.00.

First Prize-Video (One (1) will be awarded): The Video First Prize includes$2000 worth of Marmot Gear. Winner will work directly with a Marmot representative to select $2000 (ARV) worth of Marmot products, retail value, limited to available inventory at the time Winner is selected.

Second Prize-Video (Two (2) will be awarded): The Video Second Prize includesAa Marmot Tent package for two, including one (1) Marmot 2-Person Tent and two (2) Marmot Sleeping Bags.
