PRIZES AND DRAWINGS: On or around 01/02/2023 and subject to confirmation of eligibility, ten (10) winners (“Winners”) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Each Winner will be notified by phone, text-message, or email and hereby consents to receiving such phone call, text-message, or email by entering this Sweepstakes. Each Winner will be awarded one (1) prize pack consisting of the following (collectively, the “Prizes”): (i) one (1) five hundred $500.00 gift card, (ii) one (1) Labatt branded stadium seat, (iii) one (1) Labatt branded checking buddy, and (iv) one (1) Labatt branded mirror. (All items are subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion.) The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $790.00. The total ARV for all Prizes to be awarded is $7,900.00. Each Winner will have the option to choose what Labatt branded stadium seat they wish to receive. *Stadium seats are subject to availability and subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion. The odds of winning a Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. All Prizes will be awarded unless Sponsor cannot obtain documentation from a potential Winner to prove age and residency, in which case all Prizes may not be awarded. Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not specifically stated as being included herein including, but not limited to, insurance, all taxes, surcharges, fuel, registration fees, transfer of title, licenses, delivery of Prize, and all other costs and expenses incurred in claiming, registering, or using the Prize. Prize will be mailed to Winner. Winner assumes all responsibility for the legal and safe operation or handling of the Prize. No alcohol is being awarded as a Prize.
