Weekly First Prizes:
According to the schedule listed above in Section 2, a random drawing will be conducted by Administrator from among all eligible entries received during each of the eight (8) applicable Entry Periods. Each random drawing will award two (2) First Prizes: a Kenneth Cole watch of winner’s choice (with a maximum value of up to $200).

Grand Prize:
On or about 7/2/14, a random drawing will be conducted by Administrator from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. One (1) winner will win one Grand Prize: a Kenneth Cole gift card in the amount of $1,000. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions stated on the card.
