Prizes and approximate retail values (“ARV”): National Grand Prizes (10 total): A 3-day/2-night trip for

2019 (the “Festival”). Trip includes round trip economy class air transportation from the major airport
nearest the winner’s home to Denver, CO, two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (based on double
occupancy), and two (2) tickets to attend the Festival (ARV: $2,300). Colorado Local Prizes (20 total):
