You must be a lawful permanent U.S. citizen and resident currently residing in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. You must also be 21 years of age or older as of the official time and date of the start of the Contest Period. The Contest is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands,

PRIZE:

4.1 Each Winner will receive two (2) 3-day General Admission tickets to the 2012 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival held from April 13, 2012, to April 15, 2012, in Indio, CA (“Event”) for Winner plus a guest of his/her choosing (“Guest”). Winner and Guest are responsible all other costs and expenses associated with the Event, such as accommodations, food and transportation to and from the event. Additional restrictions may apply. Winner must be able to attend the Event, as more fully described in Section 6, below.

4.2 In total, six (6) 3-day passes to the Event will be awarded (terms and conditions of passes apply). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $570.00
