Two (2) Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about March 23, 2011.

The first Grand Prize winner will receive a Chicago Bulls basketball jersey signed by Michael Jordan, approximate retail value $1800.

The second Grand Prize winner will receive a NBA basketball signed by Michael Jordan, approximate retail value $1800.

Sponsor will notify potential winners via e-mail at the e-mail address provided in the entry within ten days of the drawing date.
Potential Grand Prize winners must sign and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release and an IRS W-9 form within seven (7) business days of notification in order to claim prize.
