Prize: (1 winner) Trip for winner and a guest to Los Angeles, California to attend The X Factor Show. Trip will include roundtrip coach class airfare for two from a major commercial airport near winner’s home to Los Angeles (if more than 200 miles), 2-nights double occupancy hotel accommodations at a hotel of the Sponsor’s choosing, ground transfers between airport and hotel (room and room tax only), two tickets to attend a The X-Factor show (time and seating to be determined by FOX), ground transfers between hotel and show location, and a $250 gift card. All other costs associated with the trip including but not limited to meals, telephone charges, tips, baggage fees, all necessary travel documentation and souvenirs are the sole responsibility of the winner. All taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize may not be transferred. No prize substitution, except by FOX , who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email and will be required to confirm to the notification has been received within forty-eight (48) hours. The Potential Grand Prize Winner will be sent via email sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release and IRS W-9 form, which he/she is required to sign, notarize, and return within forty-eight (48) hours of the date of prize notification. If Potential Grand Prize Winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction, prize will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian, who must sign all required documents and accompany winner on the trip. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or documents are not completed and returned within the allotted time, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for change of mailing address. Guest of winner will also be required to sign and return a liability release within forty-eight hours of prize confirmation. Guest must be 18 years of age or older. Winner and guest must travel together. If the winner and/or guest are unable to travel on the dates determined by FOX , the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If winner resides within 200 miles of Los Angeles, winner will receive a car transfer in lieu of airfare to Los Angeles and the difference in prize value will not be awarded. If tickets to the show taping are not available for any reason, FOX’s sole obligation shall be to award the remaining elements of the prize. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $2,450
