Be sure to identify the Nominee by their first and last name and branch of the U.S. Military in which they served. IT IS THE NOMINATOR’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO SECURE THE NOMINEE’S WRITTEN CONSENT TO ENTER THE NOMINEE IN THE CONTEST.
Nomination may be in the form of either
a statement of no more than five hundred (500) characters AND a photo (in .jpg or .png format)
OR
a video of no more than thirty (30) seconds (in .mp4 or .mov format)
A Nominator may only submit one (1) nomination.
The winning Nominees will be selected by a judging panel comprised of Sponsor and representatives of a third party independent agency, whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this Contest, based on the accomplishments of Nominees, their alignment with spirit of generosity and other values of the CROWN ROYAL brand and overall strength of nomination.
Each valid nomination will result in a charitable donation by Sponsor to CreatiVets, a non-profit entity organized under Section 50lc(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, with an address of 1123 12th Ave S, Unit B, Nashville, Tennessee 37203 and Packages From Home, a non-profit entity organized under Section 501c(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, with an address of 5643 N. 52nd Avenue, Glendale, Arizona 85301. Maximum donation of $50,000 ($25,000 for CreatiVets; $25,000 for Packages From Home).
Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a 3 day/2 night trip for winning Nominee and corresponding winning Nominator** to attend the Kane Brown Concert in Arlington, Texas on September 14, 2024. Approximate Retail Value: $12,324.00 each.
