Grand Prize: (1 winner) A private screening of the movie He’s Just Not That Into You at a sponsor-specified local theater for winner and a group of his/her friends. Sponsor will determine the number of guests the winner may bring, the theatre location and the date/time of screening, in its sole and absolute discretion. The maximum ARV of the Grand Prize is Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) (USD). The actual retail value of the Grand Prize will depend on where the winner resides and the number of actual guests. The difference between the ARV and actual value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets or certificates. If, for whatever reason, the production of He’s Just Not That Into You is cancelled after the prizes are ticketed, no compensation will be paid in lieu of any cancelled showing of the motion picture. Winner and guests are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including, but not limited to, concession items at the theatre and transportation to and from the screening. Guests of the Grand Prize winner must be thirteen (13) years of age or older to attend the screening. No one under the age of thirteen (13) will be permitted to attend the screening under any circumstances
