1 GRAND PRIZE: A $4,500 Prepaid Card (issuer to be determined by Sponsor) and 2
tickets to the 2023 Final Four Championship Games (the “Games”) scheduled to take place
March 31 – April 3, 2023 in Houston, Texas. Your use of the prepaid card is governed by
the Cardholder Agreement, and some fees may apply. This is not a gift card. Please note
that prepaid cards are subject to expiration, so play close attention to the expiration date
of the card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.
2 FIRST PRIZES: 4 tickets to the 2022 Women’s Final Four scheduled to take place April
1-3, 2022 in Minneapolis, Minnesota and 1 gift bag (contents determined by Sponsor in its
sole discretion). ARV: $550 each.
For Grand Prize and First Prizes: All details, including exact seat locations and all prize
components, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not
responsible if the game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will
not be reimbursed. Tickets/passes may be subject to issuer’s standard rain-check policies
and procedures. NO TRAVEL OR LODGING EXPENSES INCLUDED. All expenses,
travel, and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole
responsibility of winner. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated,
or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. By accepting ticket prize,
winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket/pass
and the game venue. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of

3 SECOND PRIZES: A $500 Cub® Foods gift card, terms and conditions apply and 1 gift
bag (contents determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $700 each.
For All Prizes: No substitution, exchange, cash redemption or transfer of prize by any
winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if an
advertised prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable. Each winner is responsible for
all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Limit: 1 prize per person.
