Grand Prize: (1 winner) 7-day/6-night trip to Captiva Island, FL, including accommodations at a private home in the Village Area, 140’ from the beach; one week’s Rental Car certificate; two airline travel vouchers on JetBlue; a 3-hour private shelling cruise for two to the barrier island of Cayo Costa from Captiva Cruises and McCarthy’s Marina; Kayak rentals for two from Captiva Kayak; dinner for two at Harborside Grill at South Seas Island Resort; a round of golf for two at South Seas Island Resort with cart; and a dining certificate at ‘Tween Waters Old Captiva House restaurant. The difference in value of prize as stated herein and value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded. All travel related expenses for ground transportation to and from home, ground transportation between the airport and accommodations, taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, insurance, service charges, airport surcharges, departure taxes, hotel, resort or property fees, food & beverage and personal expenses such as telephone/Internet charges, and gift shop purchases are the sole responsibility of prize winner. Winner and travel companion must travel on same itinerary. Winner and travel companion must have valid photo ID prior to departure. Prize must be used by dates specified or prize will be forfeited. All accommodations reservations are based on availability and all holidays are excluded. Accommodations are subject to availability at time of reservation. Blackout dates are Feb 2014, This should be feeding into their system every couple minutes now automatically.
March 2014, and any holiday weeks or other dates as determined by Sponsor, advance booking requirements and travel restrictions may apply. Availability is subject to factors such as weather, seasonality and space availability. Reservations are subject to availability. If weather affects the ability for winner and his/her guest to redeem any portion of prize during the scheduled date and time, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and/or guest other than to supply the remaining elements of the prize package minus the unused portion of prize. If for any reason whatsoever, winner and/or guests are unable to travel after all travel arrangements have been made and paid, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel.
