Each entrant may receive a maximum of two (2) Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period.
When you sign up for the Challenge, you also agree to receive a total of five (5) emails, one (1) email confirming your acceptance of the Challenge and four (4) weekly emails, each containing a link to a short survey about the Challenge, to help us monitor your progress with the Challenge. You will receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry for completing the survey associated with the last of the five (5) emails. The answers to the survey questions will not affect your chances of winning. You may opt-out of receiving these emails at any time.

 Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to “The Biggest Loser” Resort, Fitness Ridge in Malibu, CA. Trip package includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA (LAX or Burbank Airport); seven (7) nights’ accommodations at “The Biggest Loser” Resort (single room, double occupancy); one (1) training session with one (1) Resort trainer (details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; subject to doctor approval); a spa/salon service (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); roundtrip car service between the airport and the Resort as well as between the Resort and the Training Facilities; and $500 in spending money awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner that can be used towards meals. Winner must travel between the dates of between January and May of 2012,
