PRIZE: One (1) winner (“Winner” as described in the Section entitled “SELECTION OF WINNER” below) will win 1 (one) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize” or “Prize”). The Grand Prize will consist of the following: a) a five thousand dollar ($5,000 USD) Blue Nile Shopping Spree and Style Consultation with a Blue Nile diamond expert; b) Round-trip, first class airfare for two (2) to Hawaii originating from a major U.S. airport near the winner’s (“Winner” as described below) residence, airport to be; c) a stay of six (6) nights, seven (7) days in a luxury hotel in Hawaii to be determined by Sponsor at its discretion; and d) one thousand dollars ($1,000 USD) to be distributed at Sponsor’s discretion and in a manner to be determined by Sponsor.
