Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA to participate in the AT&T American Idol Event for a chance to win up to $1,000,000 (the “Event”). Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy; tax included); ground transportation in L.A. between airport/hotel and hotel/Event; the opportunity to participate for a chance to win up to $1,000,000; and two (2) tickets to the American Idol Finale (terms and conditions of tickets apply; seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the trip prize is $3,500. The random selection Event will coincide with the American Idol Finale and will be governed by these Official Rules and additional terms and conditions provided to winner upon arrival to Los Angeles. At the Event, the Grand Prize winner will be given the opportunity to randomly select one (1) of twelve (12) phones. One (1) phone will display a text message reading $1,000,000, one (1) will display $100,000; two (2) will display $50,000; two (2) will display $25,000; and six (6) will display $10,000. The winner will receive the dollar amount text message shown on the phone he/she selects. The $1,000,000 prize is to be awarded as a 25-year annuity.
