Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive a trip to Venice, Italy, which includes: (a) round-trip coach airfare for the grand prize winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) from an airport near the grand prize winner’s residence to Venice, Italy, determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion (including taxes and fees); and (b) hotel accommodations for four (4) nights at Hotel Danieli, including breakfast (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only). Trips and travel dates are subject to terms and conditions, availability, blackout dates, and other material restrictions, as designated by the Sweepstakes Entity providing the accommodations. No refund or compensation will be made by Sponsor in the event of the cancellation or delay of any portion of the prize. All expenses and travel costs not expressly stated herein, including, but not limited to, ground transportation, meals and beverages, in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, telephone calls), souvenirs, incidentals, upgrades, gratuities, tariffs, duties, surcharges, fees, taxes, tips or any other expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner and the Guest, as applicable. The winner will be required to provide a valid credit card upon arrival for all personal incidentals charged to the winner’s hotel room. The winner and the Guest must possess required travel documents (e.g., a valid, current passport) prior to and at the time of travel. None of the Sweepstakes Entities shall be responsible or liable for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services. The winner and the Guest must travel together on the same itinerary. The winner may not make changes to the itinerary once the trip is booked. The prize, or any portion thereof, may not be transferred, sold, traded, or rescheduled. No cash or other substitution may be made. Any voucher, gift certificate or gift card that may be provided to the winner as part of the prize is subject to the terms and conditions set by the company issuing the voucher, certificate or card. If the prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value. The trip must be booked by January 5, 2011 and be completed by May 2, 2011, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $5,000.
