Submit a recent photo of yourself, as well as up to 50 words on why you should receive a hair transformation from Alterna.

Prize: (1 winner) One coach airfare ticket from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S. to New York City, one standard hotel room (single occupancy) for two nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor, one “hair transformation” from Alterna, and $1,000 toward a shopping spree. (ARV $3,750). ARV depends on exact itinerary. Actual value may vary based on various factors, including fluctuations in price for airfare and/or accommodations, and distance between the point of departure and the destination. Ground transportation, meals, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included. Trip must be booked by January 15, 2014 and completed by February 15, 2014, and may be subject to certain other restrictions, including without limitation blackout dates. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation may be substituted for roundtrip air travel. The winning story and before-and-after photos may, at Sponsor’s discretion, be featured in a future Allure magazine promotional page
