How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes via Instagram. Using your Instagram account, follow @alkaseltzer_usa if you are not doing so already and publicly post either a photo or video of your “last drinks of 2022” (not required to be an alcohol drink) and include a brief description. Be sure to include the hashtags #SayYestoYes and #Sweepstakes and tag @alkaseltzer_usa in the caption of your post to receive one (1) entry (the post caption and photo or video are, collectively, an “Entry”). You must be a follower of @alkaseltzer_usa and include the #SayYestoYes and #Sweepstakes hashtags, and tag @alkaseltzer_usa in your post in order for your Entry to be eligible. Please Note: If you stop following @alkaseltzer_usa or deactivate your Instagram account at any time prior to the applicable random drawing, your Entry will be void.

Prize: Entry Period Prize packages (two (2) per Entry Period, 8 total): Each Entry Period Prize package consists of one (1) Custom-branded media kit containing various product samples (samples to be determined by Sponsor) (Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) $30.00) and one (1) $20.00 gift card, awarded as a $20.00 pre-paid debit card (ERV $20.00) Total ERV of each Entry Period Prize package is $50.00. Grand Prize package (1 for the Sweepstakes Period): The Grand Prize package consists of $2,023.00, awarded in the form of a $2,023.00 check (ERV $2,023.00) and one (1) Custom-branded media kit containing various product samples (samples to be determined by Sponsor) (ERV $30.00) and one (1) $20.00 gift card, awarded as a $20.00 pre-paid debit card (ERV $20.00). Total ERV of Grand Prize package is $2,073.00. The total ERV of all prizes combined is $2,473.00.
