Prize: (1 winner) Trip to New York, NY, or Los Angeles for Grand Prize Winner and one guest to see the premiere of the movie Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps on or about April 25, 2010. Grand Prize Winner’s guest must be over 18 years of age, unless winner is the parent/legal guardian of such guest. Grand Prize package includes: roundtrip coach/economy class airfare for two from the major U.S. airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s home to New York, NY, or Los Angeles; ground transportation to and from the airport, hotel and premiere; accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) for 2-nights in New York, NY, or Los Angeles at a hotel of Prize Provider’s choice; two tickets to the premiere of Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps in Los Angeles or New York; round trip ground transportation for two from the hotel to the premiere; and a meal allowance of up to $250 to be used towards dinner Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest in New York City or Los Angeles, depending on the location of the premiere. Such meal allowance includes tax, tip, and gratuity. Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest must travel on an identical itinerary and are responsible for all expenses not specifically described above. The Grand Prize package has a total approximate retail value (ARV) of $3,000, which may vary depending on location of major airport nearest to winner’s home, travel itinerary, and costs of air transportation at time of award. All prize-related arrangements and accommodations will be made at Prize Provider’s and Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor will not be liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellations or delays. Sponsor will not be liable in the event that the Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps premiere is cancelled or delayed and, in such an event, Sponsor and Prize Provider will only award the remaining elements of the Grand Prize package, without the premiere tickets, in full satisfaction of the Grand Prize, with no further substitutions or reimbursement to Winner. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or prize components.
