2008 FootJoy SYNR-G Prepare To Launch Sweepstakes
Prizes: A. Prizes: A total of four (4) prizes, with one (1) prize being awarded per week. Each prize shall consist of one (1) pair of FootJoy SYNR-G golf shoes (selected by the winner upon entry, subject to availability) and one (1) SG5 SkyCaddie ( including a one (1) year Eagle Membership subscription). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the FootJoy SYNR-G golf shoes is two hundred twenty dollars ($220.00); the ARV of the SG5 SkyCaddie is four hundred twenty-nine dollars and ninety-five cents $429.95); and the ARV of the one (1) year Eagle Membership subscription is forty-nine dollars and ninety-five cents ($49.95) B. Total ARV: Each prize package has an ARV of is six hundred ninety-nine dollars and ninety cents ($699.90). Total ARV of all prizes is two thousand seven hundred ninety-nine dollars and sixty cents ($2799.60) Prizes are non-transferable, and no prize substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed except as provided herein. FootJoy reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should featured prizes become unavailable. All taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
