Must be (i) a legal resident of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia; and either (ii) a child between the ages of six (6) to seventeen (17) years old at time of Sweepstakes commencement (“Child”) or the parent or legal guardian (“Parent”) of a child or children under the age of eighteen (18) at time of Sweepstakes commencement.
One (1) Grand Prize is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Grand Prize consists of:
(a) one (1) 2014 Toyota® Highlander,
(b) a Trip Package for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests (one of whom must be the Parent of Winner if Winner is a minor) to Los Angeles, CA for the LA Auto Show taking place between November 22, 2013 and December 1, 2013 (subject to ticket availability and terms and conditions of ticket issuer) (the “Event”), and
(c) five hundred dollars ($500.00) worth of SpongeBob SquarePants merchandise (specific items as determined by Sponsor).

Trip Package includes
(i) roundtrip coach airfare for the Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the airport nearest the Winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA;
(ii) standard hotel accommodations (one room, quad occupancy, seven (7) days / six (6) nights);
(iii) round-trip ground transportation to and from airport and hotel, and to and from hotel to the Event; and
(iv) $1,000.00 in spending money for Winner only.
If Winner resides within a sixty (60) mile radius of Los Angeles, CA (a “local resident”), in lieu of the round trip air transportation portion of the Trip Package, Winner and Guests will receive round-trip ground transportation of Sponsor’s choice for Winner and his/her Guests from Winner’s residence to the hotel and Event. No compensation will be awarded in lieu of the difference in the ARV for the Grand Prize for a local resident and the ARV for the Grand Prize who is not a local resident.

All attributes of automobile prize, including color and vehicle options, will be determined solely by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor will coordinate with Winner to have the Toyota® Highlander prize delivered to Winner. If Winner is a minor child, Prize will be awarded to child’s parent or legal guardian. Winner will be solely responsible for all title, license and registration fees, any additional equipment/accessories not specified above (this includes conversion of manual transmission to automatic transmission), insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance and all other fees and expenses associated with the receipt and use of the Prize. Grand Prize vehicle may differ from what is depicted in Sweepstakes advertising. Prior to receipt of automobile, Winner, or Winner’s Parent (if Winner is a minor) will be required to show proof of (a) current, valid automobile insurance issued in Parent’s name and in effect as of the date of prize award, and (b) a valid U.S. driver’s license. Winner must take delivery of vehicle at a location and time of Sponsor’s sole choosing. Sponsor reserves the right to delay vehicle delivery or substitute a similar vehicle of equal or greater value should the vehicle as described be unavailable for any reason.

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $52,500.00.
