One (1) Grand Prize Winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will receive the following Grand Prize Package (each component a “Prize” and collectively the “Grand Prize Package”): – Round-trip coach-class air transportation to New York, NY for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) eligible guest from a major airport of MTVN’s choice near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence. MTVN reserves the right to substitute air transportation for ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within a 150-mile radius of New York City (Approximate retail value [“ARV”]: $1,500.00).

– Standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights at a hotel and room type selected by MTVN in its sole discretion in New York City (room and tax only, one (1) double occupancy room, ARV: $600.00).

– Round-trip ground transportation to airport in New York, NY for Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) guest (ARV: $200.00).

– Admission for two (2) to attend “The Fray” Webster Hall Show in New York City (the “Show”) tentatively scheduled for February 4, 2009. (ARV of each admission is $27.50).
