open to legal residents of the U.S. (excluding residents of New York, Florida, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, Vermont, and any other jurisdiction where such Sweepstakes would be prohibited by law),
who have reached the age of majority

Prizes:
There will be one (1) first prize, two (2) second prizes, two (2) third prizes and two (2) fourth prizes awarded every week for sixteen (16) weeks beginning October 22nd, 2010 ending on January 26th, 2011.

The first prize will consist of one (1) Flip Cam
(approximate retail value $125.00 USD).

The second prize will consist of one (1) Just Dance t-shirt
(approximate retail value $5.00 USD).

The third prize will consist of one (1) Just Dance headband
(approximate retail value $1.00 USD).

The fourth prize will consist of one (1) Just Dance sunglasses (approximate retail value $1.00 USD).

A first prize and second prize winner will be selected by drawing every Friday at 1:00 p.m. PST beginning on October 22nd, 2010 and ending on January 26th, 2011. Entries must be received before 12:00 p.m. PST on every Friday that falls between October 22nd, 2010 and January 26th, 2011 to be eligible for each week’s drawing. Entries received after 12:00 p.m. PST will be eligible for the next week’s drawing.

Winners of first and second prizes of each week will not be eligible for any other prizes.
