Drawings:

 Winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”):

 (1) fan voting, 25%;
 (2) quality of photograph, 25%;
 (3) creativity and originality, 25%;
 (4) evokes the feeling of Vacationland and the Sperry Top-Sider brand, 25%.

 The decisions of the Judges are final and binding. Potential winners will be notified by email
 from the Sponsor, to the address provided during entry, and will be subject to eligibility
 verification. Potential winner must respond to email notification within 8 days, or an alternate
 winner will be chosen from the pool of participants. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total
 number and quality of eligible entries received.

Prizes:

One (1) Grand Prize: 10 pairs of Sperry Top-Sider shoes each having a retail value of
 approximately $150. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or
 local taxes on the value of their prizes. No substitution for prizes, except by Sponsor
 as may be due to unavailability. Winners are responsible for all costs or expenses not
 specifically exempted herein. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the
 number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.

Eleven (11) First Place Prizes: A gift card that is redeemable for a pair of shoes on
 sperrytopsider.com having a retail value of approximately $150.
