The Sweepstake is open only to legal residents of Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming and Guam who are 18 years or older at time of entry, and have access to the Internet
HOW TO ENTER:As described in more detail below, the Sweepstake will be conducted as follows: (i) each entrant must submit a photograph on Instagram showcasing their #yesforless Ross finds by depicting one or more items of Ross Dress for Less apparel, home décor, fashion accessories or other merchandise found in store using “#yesforless” and ” #RossSweepstakes” (each a “Submission”), (ii) eligible Submissions received by the end of the applicable Entry Period will be entered into the corresponding drawing, (iii) with respect to each Entry Period, Sponsor will select five (5) “Sweepstake Winners” from among all eligible entries received during such Entry Period, and each Winner will be notified and verified as described in Section 5.
Entrants are required to feature at least one (1) item of apparel, home décor, and/or fashion accessory from Ross Dress for Less and to identify in connection with the Submission the Ross Dress for Less item(s) depicted in the Submission, without mention of brand names. Such description will be considered part of the entrant’s Submission for purposes of these Official Rules and, without limitation of the foregoing, must comply with the Submission Requirements (as defined below).
