Grand Prize: (1 winner) A trip to Dallas, Texas, including a consultation with a Last Call by Neiman Marcus stylist and $3,000 shopping spree (ARV: $3,999). Grand Prize consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation to Dallas, TX for winner from a major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence; 1-night double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by the Sponsor; $3,000 shopping spree for winner only; and a consultation with the Stylist (for winner only). Shopping spree will be awarded as a Last Call by Neiman Marcus gift card. Gift card is subject to gift card terms and conditions. Grand Prize does not include any costs or charges not expressly stated above, including, without limitation, ground transportation, meals, hotel incidentals, gratuities or service charges, all of which are the responsibility solely of the Grand Prize winner. Ground transportation will be substituted for air travel if Grand Prize winner lives within one-hundred-fifty (150) miles of Dallas, TX at Sponsor’s discretion. Actual value of trip depends on location of winner, airfare and room rates at time of stay. If actual value of trip is lower than ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Grand Prize winner must travel together on same itinerary and dates specified by the Sponsor or forfeit all rights to prize. Prize trip is tentatively scheduled to take place during February-March 2012 but is subject to change. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Stylist is subject to availability. Stylist meeting will be scheduled by Sponsor to occur at a time and date during the prize trip in its sole discretion. If winner does not partake of the Stylist meeting at the scheduled time and date, this portion of the prize will be considered forfeited by the winner and will not be awarded. If the Stylist cannot meet the winner or cannot accompany the winner on the shopping spree for any reason whatsoever, the Sponsor has the right to substitute another professional stylist of its choice in its sole discretion. If, for any reason whatsoever, the winner cannot travel after all travel arrangements are made and paid, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel or any other portion of prize, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Winner is solely responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. A parent or legal guardian must accompany winner on trip if winner is a minor.
