PRIZES: A total of one hundred thirty seven (137) prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning any prize depend on the number of Entries received. The following prizes will be awarded:
 Twelve (12) grand prize winners: Each grand prize winner plus three (3) guests will attend a PacSun sponsored party (the “Party”) in Palm Springs, California the weekend of February 17, 2012 and receive a gear pack. Each grand prize will include round trip coach air, transportation to and from the hotel, two (2) double occupancy standard hotel accommodations at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs, California for two (2) nights, and an allowance for meals for the grand prize winner only. As part of the grand prize, each grand prize winner and their three (3) guests will receive a gear pack. Each grand prize has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $5,250.00
 Twenty five (25) second place winners: Each will receive one (1) $250.00 PacSun gift card. ARV: $250.00 per gift card.
 One hundred (100) third place winners: Each will receive one (1) $50.00 PacSun gift card. ARV: $50.00 per gift card.
