PRIZE: The Winner will be awarded a four (4) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to the 2014
Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Manchester, TN (the “Festival”), which will include the following: (a) roundtrip
coach airfare for two (2) (Winner and Guest) to a commercial airport nearest the Festival from a major commercial
airport nearest Prize Winner’s residence; (b) two (2) tickets and/or passes for Winner and his/her Guest to attend
the Festival; (c) four (4) nights hotel accommodations for Winner and his/her Guest at a hotel selected by Sponsor
(standard, double occupancy); (d) round-trip ground transportation to and from the commercial airport nearest the
Festival and the hotel; (e) round-trip ground transportation to and from the hotel and the Festival location; and (f)
one (1) music-related prize pack consisting of a Fuse t-shirt, headphones and Spotify gift card (collectively, the
“Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00.00 USD)
