Prize: (1 winner) Trip for four persons (Winner, one Parent/Legal Guardian, and two other guests) to New York City to meet the KidzBop cast in their recording studio where the winner will have an opportunity to sing on their next CD, subject to the age restriction set forth below. Prize package includes round-trip economy air travel for four persons from a major airport nearest to winner’s home to New York City; 2-nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations, and a $500 Macy’s Gift Card. The singing portion of the prize may be exercised only by a winner 16 years of age or younger. If winner is older than 16 years of age, winner may transfer the singing portion of the prize to a travel guest 16 years and under or forfeit the singing portion of the prize. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,500. Actual retail value of prize will vary based on itinerary. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Travel guests must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure or a sibling/friend of winner with the appropriate parental permissions and releases and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Prize is subject to availability. Sponsor is not responsible for any unavailability of the KidzBop cast for the recording session. The recording session with the KidzBop cast has no specific retail value and if it becomes impractical or impossible to fulfill this element of the Prize, Sponsor’s only obligation will be to provide the remainder of the Prize.
