Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize winner receives a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to the winner’s choice of one of the cities located in the United States in which the band Train is scheduled to perform in August 2011 or September 2011 as part of the band’s planned 2011 Summer tour. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest winner’s residence, hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy), two (2) tickets to the Train concert (“Concert”) in the winner’s selected destination city along with the opportunity to hear the song “Marry Me” performed (the “Performance”) to the winner and his/her guest either onstage or backstage [as mutually agreed upon by the members of Train (or their representatives), and Grand Prize winner], $200 to cover ground transportation, awarded in the form of a check and a Sponsor-selected Neil LaneTM Bridal Ring. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the trip is $3,625. The ARV of the Concert tickets is $500. The ARV of the Neil LaneTM Bridal Ring is $4,000. The ARV of the entire Grand Prize is Eight Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($8,125.00).
