All on-line entries must be transmitted and received by 11:59 pm EDT on January 3, 2014. E-mail that is misdirected, illegible or not received due to technical malfunction will not be eligible. Use of an automated system (i.e. Macros, robots and the like) to submit multiple entries is prohibited, and any attempt to use automated systems for entry will void that entrant’s eligibility to receive a prize. After you have registered: To enter via hashtag: Starting November 20, 2013 and after you have registered, you may enter via hashtag on Instagram or Twitter. Prior to submitting photos you must first register at www.Jdholiday.com, including your name, date of birth, email, link your personal Instagram or Twitter account and agree to the Official Rules. After registration is confirmed you may enter a photo by hashtagging your photo with #ItsTheThoughtThatCounts: starting November 20, 2013 at 9:00 am EDT through January 3, 2014 11:59 pm EDT. Registration and linking of your personal Instagram or Twitter account is required at www.Jdholiday.com prior to hashtagging photo for entry. When you enter a photo you will be eligible for a chance to win a Jack Daniel’s Holiday Sweater.

HOW TO WIN:

Each entry will be reviewed by the Judges and who will score all Entries based on the following criteria:

25% Creativity – of the photo and its representation of It’s The Thought That Counts
50% Uniqueness – of the photo and its representation of It’s The Thought That Counts
25% total number of votes received

The judging criteria (“Criteria”) are to be applied by the panel of Judges whose decisions are final.

GRAND PRIZE PHOTO CONTEST: There will be twenty (20) Grand Prizes awarded. Grand Prize consists of one (1) Jack Daniel’s Hand-Knitted Holiday Sweater (Approximate Value: $350).
