Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to New York City, New York (ARV: $4,549). Grand Prize consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation to New York City, NY for winner and guest from a major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence; three (3) nights’ double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations, a $1,000 shopping spree at a Bebe retail store selected by the Sponsors and a consultation with an InStyle fashion merchandising expert for winner only; dinner(s) for winner and guest while in New York; five (5) InStyle books selected by the Sponsors for winner only; and a one-year subscription to InStyle Magazine in winner’s name only. Shopping spree redeemed by Bebe merchandise only; if the value of shopping spree redeemed is less than $1,000, the difference will not be awarded. Dinner portion of prize will be payable in the form of an American Express Gift Card for $600. Gift card is subject to American Express Gift Card terms and conditions. Alcoholic beverages are not included in prize. InStyle fashion merchandising expert is subject to availability. Grand Prize does not include any costs or charges not expressly stated above, including, without limitation, ground transportation, meals other than that mentioned herein, hotel incidentals, gratuities or service charges, all of which are the responsibility solely of the Grand Prize winner and guest. Ground transportation will be substituted for air travel if Grand Prize winner lives within one-hundred (100) miles of New York, NY at Sponsors’ discretion. Actual value of trip depends on location of winner, airfare and room rates at time of stay. If actual value of trip is lower than ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary and dates specified by the Sponsors or forfeit all rights to prize. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Travel must be completed by August 31, 2010. If, for any reason whatsoever, the winner (or guest) cannot travel after all travel arrangements are made and paid, then the Sponsors shall have no further obligation to the winner and/or guest. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsors finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Winner’s guest must be 18 years or older unless winner is a parent or legal guardian of a traveling minor. Winner’s guest (or guest’s parent or legal guardian if guest is a minor) must complete and return a Liability and Publicity Release prior to travel. A parent or legal guardian must accompany winner on trip if winner is a minor.
