Prize: (1 winner) Two coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the US to New York, NY, or Los Angeles, CA, as chosen by Sponsors and determined by GQ event schedule, one standard hotel room (double occupancy) for 3-nights at a hotel selected by Sponsors, two VIP access to a GQ event selected by Sponsors, dinner for two (not to exceed $200) at a restaurant selected by Sponsors, $500 cash, and a style consultation for the winner with a GQ Style Correspondent (subject to availability). The total approximate retail value of the prize package is $3,000, depending on exact itinerary. Actual value may vary based on fluctuations in price for airfare and accommodations, and distance between departure and destination. Other ground transportation, meals, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary. Trip must be booked by June 30, 2010 and completed by December 31, 2010, and may be subject to certain other restrictions, including, without limitation, blackout dates. Sponsors will attempt to accommodate winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsors’ sole discretion. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsors, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation may be substituted for roundtrip air travel. The travel companion must be at least eighteen (18) years of age unless the winner is his or her parent or legal guardian. Other than as set forth in these official rules, the prize will be awarded in full.
